i would say he's the opposite of a big money manager. he won CL in his 1st year at rs and la liga 1st year at valencia , havin not brought too many players in

as soon as he starts to spend money that's when it goes wrong, get him in with a good director of footy and scouts and he'll do well i think. don't know what the system is like at napoli mind. the only thing is he's a difficult person so kicks up a fuss if they don't sign who he wants.

but he's a better manager than he is scout, if he realised that hed prob be a top manager instead of the joke he is (but even then it would be silly to say he hasn't been successful)
