People should be free to express their opinion within reasonable limits.

The thing with obesity is that over-eating doesn't explain the prevalence of it to the extent a lot of people think.

Factors like family history, glandular and hormonal issues, and even stress and anxiety can contribute.

The problem can't be solved without people taking responsibility for their weight but there is a lot of ignorance on the topic.

Fat-shaming isn't like racism, people don't choose to be a race, but they do make a conscious effort to eat and drink ice cream.

Back in the day I used to drink pints of Ice cream mixed with cream soda, until I drank loads 1 time and threw up everywhere, now I cant even smell cream soda without feeling sick.

But food is lovely isn't it?
