Nice try, just be thankful one step closer to safety is one step closer to this rat selling up.
Not that easy mate. You do know these things take 24/7 searches for years and years. Oh wait. Chelsea had numerable offers in a matter of days. More money and, let's admit it a bigger club, but still

Yeah but with the stadium project and hopefully Premier League still, we could be a good option if someone with real coin wants a club.
Besides if Usmanov is out Moshiri might not be feeling it all alone. This season has shown us we need him gone, 6 years of decline has to.stop.

A new owner wont help.

Were hamstrung with FFP so another owner cant throw money at the squad.

The stadium is being built so a new owner would just continue that work.

Only a new board and strong marketing drive would make a differnce but thats easier said than done until were back around the top 6.

Moshiri has failed but if Thelwell can negotiate us out of FFP issues and build a top side with Lampard that would be the time for Moshiri to sell. Once the stadium is built.

However, if Thelwell and Lampard are successful over the next 2 seasons then that looks to be the perfect time for Moshiri to reinvest another £150mil into the playing squad.

Everything is now resting on Lampard and Thelwell for the next 2 seasons.

We're hamstrung because of the way Moshiri has played it, a new owner definitely would help, especially now our current one has no Russian money coming.
we need him to sell

You really think Usmanov can still fund Moshiri? Really? Have you not seen the news for the last two months.
Even last summer we had zip to spend, his well has run dry.

Youre posting nonsense now.

Moshiri has well over £2billion. There is no need for Usmanov if the club brings in alternate sponsors -- which were supposedly doing at higher deal points.

The reason we didnt spend is due to profit and sustainability rules. That has been posted on this forum hundreds of times...

...to suggest otherwise is simply either stupid or wumming.

If that clown of a manger had wanted more money to spend he should have sold players last summer to generate revenue.

He couldnt even get that right.

A new owner could not change anything in terms of player investment, marketing, stadium build.

Not sure what the point of a new owner would be....its pointless.

You last line nails it, your not sure what the point of a new owner would be, really? Have you turned a blind eye to the last six years? There is nothing to suggest he is suddenly going to get it right now.

We’re hamstrung with FFP because of Moshiri.

Get what right?

What are you talking about?

We’re hamstrung with FFP because of Moshiri.

Thats the past. Changing an owner today doesnt change that.

Have to stick with Moshiri until the stadium is built and were clear of FFP.

If he doesnt stump up money for transfers then we can demand he sells.. until then a change of ownership is meaningless.

I get what you are saying but a new owner brings their own people with them so it would get rid of the dreadful chairman and board we have in charge for the day to day running of the club which is a large part of our problem. Also, what happens if we end up in this situation again next season simply because instead of a sensible rebuild we have just gone and got another load of Kia specials? Moshiri has made a total mess of things Zat and he has shown himself to be well out of his depth in football, he needs to go mate, they ALL do.

I really need a couple of years to build a warchest...

What do you expect when you go and employ Rafael Benitez as Everton manager? Moshiri is a clueless, clueless, moron!

The writing was on the wall when he sold Lukaku and replaced him with four crap number 10’s. Who does that?

He has turned us into an utter embarrassment. I fear his absolute mismanagement of our club is going to see us relegated in the next 7 days.
