Moshiri gets another chance next summer to get it right second time around.

1 A number of the current squad who are on 6 figures will be let go - huge savings.

2. We are going to loose 1 or 2 big names for big fees again more added to the kitty.

3. We have the chance to decide on DOF model and personal between now and summer. We need to make a quick decision on this and start planning now for summer 2022.

4. We are not restricted to signing players on pre contracts with a view to joining in the summer of 2022 - get planning.

5 We need to advance our commercial revenue model and brand in anticipation of the stadium developments and attracting names for summer 2022 and beyond.

6. Moshiri needs to look at the board and investor structure and decide if he needs to add more experience to avoid the disaster in the last 5 years - simple put board overhaul gravitational centered to professional management team anchored in the game. Finally do we need to add another investor into the club to secure us beyond the new stadium payments and commitment to the squad.

Its funny how football makes normally sensible businessman loose the plot.

It’s not Moza that is the real owner so talk of another investor is highly unlikely. Are problem is that our Russian billionaire still holds out hope of buying Arsenal…and given the [Poor language removed] show at Arsenal you can’t blame him for thinking he can.

I think Everton need to sort things out and quickly, commercially things seem to be moving in a positive direction, the proceeds from stadium will be a welcome addition…European football will be a added bonus and are all pillars to self sufficiently.

we need consistency for the next 3 years only way to implement a plan for player acquisition.

If Everton make the next few years work, we have the potential to become a Chelsea or City as the money is there as is the desire.

So...... a transition year then, where have I heard that before?
Absolutely, it can't be a transition if nothing changes. People are kidding themselves if they think that a new stadium or shifting a few contracts next summer is going to make all the difference. Until the culture at the club changes we will continue to languish in mid-table (or worse) but I see no efforts by the club to change the culture so we will rot slowly.

Mad thing is that Moshiri made like 500M of his steel company back in the spring

Its insanse how much money these people have

Yeah, like he said himself once, it's just monopoly money, but all those years were we didn't spend, you would think that kind of money would go far for us, we're obviously restricted because of the wastefulness of the last few years
