My friend in Holland has received his copy, just sent me a photo of it.

Back in June I ordered a Farewell to Goodison book from Everton. We where told this would be printed and sent out In October. Has anyone else ordered one and heard anything more about it?

Still waiting for mine to be delivered to my son in Japan ordered on 14th Sept, hoped it would be there for his birthday at the end of October didn't arrive hoped it would turn up for Christmas but still waiting. Emailed fan services 2 weeks ago not heard a thing back other than an automated email acknowledging receipt of my email. Anyone got a contact number other than the switchboard?
