Fantastic Away Support at Goodison

Last nights game against A.E.K. brought a fantastic fanatical support to The 'Arl Lady, those guys never shut up the whole time and were doing all sorts of stuff that each and every one of them joined in. They got trounced but seemed to enjoy themselves all the same, they never seemed to get on the teams back, although obviously i couldn't understand what they were singing... all greek to me :unsure:

i'd love to be like that at aways.

i managed to get a, "malaca" in so was pleased with that.

Was barmy. Bet they were on the lash since 10am though hahaha.

Should post up on their boards our appreciation...if anyone understands greek.

if there's something at stake by then, then it will be the pic of the games for atmosphere, the whole olympic stadium will be doing all that bouncing etc, wish it wasnt so close to xmas

all the cheapo flights have stopped by then as well.

I like the way even when they were disgusted at their team, they all turned their backs, yet carried on singing.

That was pure class. We could learn a thing or two from that.

Do not abuse your team, support them but still show you feelings.

all the greeks i knew said they never drink before games, it's just pure adrenalin and fanaticism that whips them into a frenzy, it used to baffle them that brits got steamed beforehand, especially if they wanted to brawl.

I've never seen support like it, I spent a lot of the second half watching them instead, they must have practised all that syncronised movement.
