isco will be next to go to city. but chelsea did pay malagas tax bill in january so maybe they have first refusal

Right, so nothing actually confirmed by any AP outlets other than Atheltico have agreed to sell him because he has been ace.

He hasn't agreed to join any club, no fee agreed anywhere that I can tell.
