fake goods advice

right, Hopefully i can get some advice here as im not too sure what i can do other than follow their advice.

Basically my partner bought a tank for my ecig for me today as the one i have is playing up quite a bit. she brings it to me on my dinner and i fill it up and try it out, not working. Looking at the coils they werent the right ones so i was thinking they had swapped them out for their dodgy ones they sell so i get back to work and put the code in to check if its real

code used, this has previously been checked 5300 times, be ware of imitations.

now the lad in the shop is saying he cant give out refunds and i have to wait for tomorrow for that. He also said some guy has got me a replacment and it wont be in til tomorrow. Obviously they are buying a real one and giving that to me! But i want my money back. I would love to get a new tank either after work from somewhere i can trust or tomorrow after a refund but the lad in this shop is playing the 'i cant give refunds only steve can'.

So even brought up the fact they are selling counterfeit goods and still no budging so what can i do?

I would buy a balaclava and storm into the shop just before closing time wearing it and use a cricket bat to smash the gaff up and bring son retribution to Steve's knees.

Please note, if you live in the us of a remove the balaclava as leaving the shop. Can't let the police have a reason to use deadly force.

Exactly. So throw actual threats around, let that be a warning message to all of them.

Then piss on a wall and leave. Money should be with you shortly afterwards.

Becasue i have a place i can shop that is genuine and one of our fellow GOT members pointed me to his store which looks decent. Plus going round screaming trade standards at them makes me sound like a tit who is saying things for a reaction only.
