Facebook blocks porn, but allows decapitation videos.

Concern about videos spread through Facebook showing people being decapitated has prompted a member of the firm's own safety advisory board to say it will raise the issue with the social network.
Facebook has refused to ban the clips.
It said people had a right to depict the real world.

Hollywood, mainstream telly and video games are also guilty of thinking showing extreme violence is less harmful to watching adolescents than sex scenes.

It gets even more ridiculous when movies insist on showing us 'gritty realistic violent rape scenes'...I can understand it for films where it revolves around it (Jodie Foster's The Accused), but other films do those scenes for schlock value, and for some reason they're more accepted than consensual non-rapey porny sex scenes.

Some knobed on my facebook posted a video of people being burnt alive in africa for being witches. Of course morbid curiosity got the best of me. Utterly horrendous.
