And we're out. Very unlucky, of course, but youth games often come down to luck. It's a shame that Barkley couldn't play and it's an even bigger shame that he'll be too old for next year's tournament. Since we're going nowhere in the league, trophywise we're not playing for anything anymore. I just hope that somehow Sheedy sees the light and does not attempt to mold Hope into a winger, but I doubt it.

Balls , what was the score ?

Just arrived back from Loftus Road so will post report in the morning when i get a min, i can't believe we dominated the game the way we did and lost, the game should have been won at half time for the blues as Forrester hit a post and had a spectacular overhead kick saved. Please look out for the report tomorrow

Just to say I met the esteemed Mr Ball at the match. He is an asbolute legend, and you'll love the tats on his back. My camera was too crappy to take a picture to show you, but I'm assured that you will all see the glory soon.

Just to say, we lost, but the boys got the fundamentals just about right. Very little hoofball, passes to the foot even in dangerous areas. Thoght we could have made more shots but we tried to walk the ball into the net and at times we reverted to passes over 30 yards which were easy to cut out, but in reality we should have beaten them by half time.

But more positives than negative.
