This sounds more like 2 bitter red shites getting their own way, namely charges coming down from Brian Barwick involving battenburg. Hmmmm, their main 2 rivals. Man Utd, and The famous EFC. I love conspiracy theories but they grate me when they are nearer truth than fiction.

if they employed ref's who were good enough in the first place , then managers like moyes and ferguson wouldnt have to abuse them for there poor standards.
its a disgrace that a manager , who's job depends on results , gets fined for stating a fact .while a ref can perform as badly as clattenburg did in the derby and get away pretty much scot free.
put it this way , liverpool were handed the win against us by a poor referee , those points could be the difference in a manager getting the sack aswell as winning the prem and gaining/losing millions in prize money.
if 2 of the prem's top managers say (as do thousands of fans) clattenburg is a loser then the fa should do something about the ref , not punish the managers.
the fa are a bunch of corrupt no hopers and arseholes who are clearly a law unto themselves.which means they are free to have (and they do) a bias towards the so called big 4 (liverpool and arsenal especially)at the expence of the rest of the prem clubs.
if fergie and moyes deserve a fine for mouthing off then by the same standards the fa bigwigs need fining and sacking for not doing there jobs properly by not appointing fair and compedent refs.
personally i think the fa has stunk for ages and i wouldnt be too cheesed off if everton and other teams boycotted the fa cup untill a better standard is set by the fa.

I hate the FA, if managers like ferguson and clattenberg, and about 120,000 fans think clatternbergs [Poor language removed], why cant they even make an enquiry into it?!
