You would have thought the FA had enough to worry about at the moment but their doing what they do best - ignoring the real problem.

Perhaps we might get a satisfactory public explanation of those farcical decisions in the Derby now, and how about an inquiry into his little trip to the far east with the reds in the summer? And maybe they can clear up whether he was droppped for his performance or just went on holiday as was rumoured.

Stick to your guns Davey you've only said what we were all thinking.

FA Rule E3 (2006/7)

E. CONDUCT

General Behaviour
3. A Participant shall at all times act in the best interests of the game and shall not act in any
manner which is improper or brings the game into disrepute or use any one, or a combination of, violent conduct, serious foul play, threatening, abusive, indecent or insulting words or behaviour.

Moyes after the Derby:
"I think the referee should come out and explain his performance today because I can't," he said. "If he had given what was a clear-cut penalty at the end, then you could have said that he got a few things wrong, but to get a blatant penalty wrong on top of everything else is incredible.

''As for Kuyt's tackle, I looked at it on the monitor and I couldn't believe he got away with having two feet so high off the ground.

''John Obi Mikel's two-footed challenge at Manchester United [for which the Chelsea midfielder was shown a red card] was slightly debatable but this wasn't."

Moyes At larissa:
"The one thing I've tried not to do lately is to be critical of referees, but we knew the minute we'd come off the pitch that we'd been victims of an injustice.

"At one point it was 12 against nine. The players will benefit from the experience. The only positive to come out was the fact that the game wasn't decided by the players but by the referee."

The FA will hopefully shoot themsleves in the foot with this one afterall they have waited this long to bring a charge. I believe that this has been brought following SAF's out burst against the bent [Poor language removed] at the weekend.

For all of you who believed that those of us who tried to do something about it where just bad losers, watch this space because without doubt his appointment for that match was wrong, holidaying with the [Poor language removed], signed shirts, training with them and his wifes red [Poor language removed] connections, he was compromised and they can't say he wasn't.

I support our boss to the hilt on this one and he had John Barnwell, boss of the League Managers Ass with him when he levied the charges against the cheat, go for his balls Dave and make sure it hurts:angry:

Seems to me that the only part of the rule they can use is "indecent or insulting words"

As Moyesy spoke the truth, cant see how it can be held as either of the above. Keep it up davey - hopefully this will further galvanise the squad and keep the siege mentality going

The FA said: "it is alleged that the comments made referring to referee Mark Clattenburg on each respective occasion amount to improper conduct as they call into question Mr Clattenburg's integrity and/or imply that Mr Clattenburg was motivated by bias."

These were the comment from FA.

Note: integrity? Didn't know he has any! and/or imply that Mr Clattenburg was motivated by bias? Oh yeah he was I could tell you it was written all over his face that he was being bias

I agree the only things could possibly be heard against Moyes is indecent or insulting words!

But the problem is Moyes has used indirect word in his comment and made comment as more of a neutral point of view, he has never once said he was bias, Moyes is only saying he got too many decision wrong, whether or not he is bias only himself would know to be honest and everyone is entitle to freedom of speech especially when it is not personal attack!

Didnt Moyes also say at the time he would be glad if the FA called him on it as he would glady tell them what clattenburg had to say to on his performance and he said he had witnesses pertaining to what was said.

Moyes isnt a stupid man and he knew what he said would get him into trouble, so that exactly what he wanted. So we shouldnt look at this as bad news as such, more that Moyes has got exactly what he was after; A meeting with the FA to discuss clattenburgs explanation of events.

Nope, never said I was worried at all, what could the F.A. do to Moyes any way, ban him from touchline for number of game oh wow!

Great to see what happen after the discussion between them, can't wait guess we will be appealing for a hearing then?

SAF actually told Clatten burg that he was a tosser and was sent to the stands. Clattenburg probably lodged a complaint with the FA resulting in them charging SAF.

David Moyes did not actually speak to Clattenburg but spoke to the media and clearly at the time Clattenburg did not complain and I think the Fa were keeping quiet for it to go away.

However on charging SAF in their warped ideas of fairness they have charged Moyes. Hopefully Moyes will take this up with the FA and take a video to justify the points that were made to the media.

One would have thought with SAF having a go the FA and Hackett would take a closer look at their blue-eyed boy.

This stinks of the FA being weak-as-[Poor language removed] and worrying about Ferguson kicking off for charging him when they took no action over Moyes' previous comments. As per usual just proving that they are lackeys to the 'big 4'.

I agree with this.

This is actually a good thing as it'll keep it out in the open.

Yawn: these FA inquiries are pointless.

If I were Moyes I would come in to the meeting/inquiry say 2 words "Mark Clattenberg" and walk out the building.
