I know that we all want that Everton players and coaching stuff work themselves to death for Everton, but i wonder what do you expect from the supporters of Everton?

I expect from them to make a crazy Southamerican/SuperClasico atmosphere, but they never live up to the expectations. I think that club should change a lot of the supporters and bring youngers with more desire in their heart.

It takes two to tango mate, the best crowds on the planet would be crushed into sullen silence by the utter bilge we have had to watch for the last three or four years!

We should all commit mass Hari Kari at the next home match to show our disgust at the current manager. Will also show how many of us really bleed blue blood and have Everton written through us like a stick of rock.

The supporters have done enough. We’ve backed poor sides to the hilt for years on end (probably kept a few in the league) and they’ve given us absolutely nothing. Now fan patience is at its limit and apathy has taken over. Until the players give anything back there won’t be good atmospheres. You can’t generate an atmosphere when you have a set of players and manager who routinely embarrass you most weeks.

You seem to forget what Goodison is like when the team "Are at it"
Bayern Munich springs to mind.

Unfortunately its been a while since we had such a team

I expect the fans to keep the faith and fill or almost fill Goodison every week, and to have a tremendous away following.

Over to the players to do their part me thinks, all I expect off them is 100%.

I am a born skeptic and realist but when it comes to Everton I am the opposite I tend to look for the positives despite being continually disapointed or told I am crazy , I even gave Sam a chance and defended him for as long as I could before he made it impossible to continue .

IMO Everton supporters will always give 100% for our team we are a special breed however the club owes us in return which is long overdue in fact its I believe now a generation that has nor seen any real success like the 60,s and mid 80,s , the supporters fork out good money , wear the colours with pride , take the stick from the opposition supporters - particular the G/S year after year , the players and board in the main are not born Evertonians so their priorities can be questioned that they are not always in line with the supporters ?

I will continue to support 100% I have no option I love football and Everton - but its dam hard work being an Evertonian

Great post, agree with pretty much all of it.

I support the club first and foremost. It was passed down to me by older generations and for me I will stand by the club through thick and thin, unless they did something that I felt was crossing a line, or where they openly show contempt for the supporters.

Hiring 'Big Sam', wasting money on players or even suffering relegation does not cross that line for me.

We're in a bad spell, but I still want the club to succeed and will back them. Players and managers come and go, but the fans will always be there like we always have.
