could have played 66mins of injury time and we wouldnt have scored. Or had a shot vaguely near the goal. Once hole got their goal courtesy of Distin and Howard they shut up shop and we were never going to break them down.

We are in a relegation battle with about 10 clubs make no mistake.we had a purple patch about March when we won 7 on the spin but since then we have been awful, losing twice at home to a Palace within 5 homes shows that.Hull are cack but we looked no better than them tonight.

It's not a certainty but it doesn't help when you have a pre season which was as asbysmal as ours.

There's no excuses for Martinez, we're having a bad season, it happens. I like him but people giving the manager a free ride because it's the players letting him down are deluding themselves.
