….I’m useless at helping;

I was walking home after a session and saw an old woman struggling with her wheelie bin on the pavement so I took hold of it for her and put it down the side of her house. She said; “But I was putting it out”.

Also, i noticed a lady with a guide dog when I looked back at a busy junction by the Orchid Garden on Alder Rd. Although I was walking in the opposite direction, I doubled back and told her I’d give her some help crossing. She said “I have perfect vision, I’m training the guide dog”.
