EvertonTV - no video working with Mac.

Dear mac users,
I have been trying to watch things on EvertonTV, but no videos will work for me. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if so how to resolve it.

Hey guys,

Is anyone still having this problem? I'm trying out the demo Everton TV video on the Everton site (sorry can't post links)

before signing up for service. I can get the black box of the video to come up, can hit play but then it just buffers and doesn't play.

I have the latest Flip4Mac plugin installed and have tried Safari and Firefox. I tried it out on a buddies Windows XP machine and it worked fine on that machine so I know it's not a network issue etc on my local LAN.

well jason canada,
i use safari. and, since i have a laptop, plug an ethernet cable into my computer. that usually does the trick.
when i use wifi i have a really hard time getting anything.
try it

Hey Michael.

Gave that a shot this afternoon to no avail. I tried uninstalling anything related to video (Flip4Mac etc) and reinstalling Flip and still it just shows buffering and nothing plays. I've sent a note to the EvertonTV helpdesk and also the Flip4Mac guys to see what's up.

hm. they are actually pretty helpful, so hope they help.
worse comes to worse they'll get on the phone with you and walk you through whatever.

Hey guys, I have sort of a side question to Everton TV. We managed to get the demo working at my neighbors house so he signed up for now. For people that have signed up: Once you submit your payment info is your account supposed to be active right away or does someone at the Everton headquarters have to look it over and turn something on? We signed him up, received the Welcom to EvertonTV email showing he paid but when we login and try to look at any content it kicks us back to the main page saying you need to subscribe.
