I like Dowd ,best of a bad bunch,makes the odd mistake but refs fairly. Unlike the majority of sky 4 favouring bells.

He should have just sent Davies off for Preston for a blatant 2nd yellow and he should have booked Rooney for diving...but he gave him a pen....they're all as shabite as each other these clowns

As much as we'll all forever hate him for that game, I've always thought that with the exception of the derby, he's always been decent in our matches. Whether it was just an appalling game he had, or something more corrupt, he surely must regret the derby.

Anyway, Dowd a good ref. Sure he's wound us up like the others, but I'll always remember him sending off two Man U players in the Big Dunc game and taking absolutely no rubbish from the Chelsea players in a 0-0 a few years ago. He seems to be the only one with a back bone. Cue a dodgy Leicester pen now.
