Still thinking about that goal. One thing that puzzles me is what EFC do at training.
The goal showed that they are not well-drilled and were not sure what to do as individuals in defence. WBA are bigger and better at set pieces. Therefore double up on Olson and stick like glue to Dawson etc. But also put a man on the far post.
Did'nt happen.
Also, lets take corners. All season EFC have butchered corners. Only Cleverley and Oviedo take half-decent ones. Del Boy, Baines, etc often fail to get it past the first man. Do they actually practice at Goodison where the corner area is small and there is an incline?
