Very happy with Fellaini's performance again, but i think he is treated so unfairly by the referees, any tackle he makes is basically a yellow card, and players are allowed to climb over him and it isnt a foul :/ Im not sure if its just Fellaini, or its his hair! I think he should shave it...

I think the whole team should get it like him

Almost everyone had great form today.

I'm kinda in love with Heitinga just because he completes passes. Having said that Jags seems to be getting back into form.

Coleman. Awkwardly dangerous. Needs to practice shooting, alot.

I think that is most accurate description of Coleman ever. His shooting was off but his ball control was great, he has improved immensely. Didn't he do two royal fakes in the penalty box?

It'll be a crying shame, and an absolute waste if Johnny doesnt get more game time at CH, if tha means dropping Jags then so be it, as Chico and others have said, his inclusion at the back benefits the team all over the park.

I can't really complain, we had a go and although our lack of intelligence in possession is painful at times, we atleast tried to pin them back and put them under pressure. I could understand what Moyes was looking for but I thought Osman pressed too high up the pitch in this game and left Fellaini and Rodwell a little exposed at times. There was a 15 minute spell in the first half where Rooney was running riot and they just couldn't pick him up. I would have liked to have seen Osman drop in more and make our midfield more compact.

I agree about Johnny Heitinga, his distribution was excellent throughout the game. He calms things down, takes responsibility, gets his head up and can make intelligent forward thinking passes. I was happy how he and Jagielka coped in the main considering it was only there second start together. It'd be interesting to see more of it.

Shame for young Ross, I thought he started really well, and looked bright, but he seemed to lose his head and one mistake lead to more mistakes. Interesting to see him face up to Rooney and try to beat him. He lost out, but his time will come.

Spot on mate, pretty much how I feel.

I was loving United's movement in the first twenty minutes, how they find space for the pass every time and play quick one touch football. It's brilliant. Then to be fair we went at them and had the better of the game which was nice to see. Good character without Cahill and Neville on the pitch.

I was going mental at Heitinga for the first goal and then to his credit he settled into the game and made a huge different to our distribution from the back and retaining possession in general. I was harsh on him in the preview since as you said it was his and Jagielka's second game together in a long while. We'll see anyway. Might not be a bad thing to keep the three of them competing and accountable for poor performances, although I rate Distin very highly.

I like when Ross went for it against Rooney, ballsy. His time will defo come, but were gonna have to take it slower with him. He's no wonderboy at 17 like Rooney was, but it's not to mean he won't develop into an equally outstanding player.

Just hope Johnny stays at centre half now, will be will pissed off if Moyes drops him at Newcastle. You guys have all said it, his distribution is so much better than either Jags or Distin's. Not just that he is obviously a top defender too!

My takeaway from this game is that Seamus Coleman finally looks like he is back. Thank goodness.

Plus, we miss Distin!

Just wanted to see that I didn't see any of the game or highlights.

Just the scoreline.

Wow, we didn't get smashed. Amazing.
