David Moyes has a few injury worries for tomorrows massive game against Fiorentina in the 2nd of the UEFA Cup last 16 at Goodison Park.
Two key players, Steven Pienaar and Tim Cahill are likely to overcome knocks from the 1-0 win at Sunderland on Sunday, after Pienaar limped of following a horrible and disgusting tackle by Phil Bardsley.
Leon Osman, Manuel Fernandes and Nuno Valente are all close to return but it’s only likely that Leon Osman will feature in the 18 for the game.
Fernandes who hasn’t been involved since the Manchester City game and Osman who has been carrying an injury for a few weeks now have thigh (Fernandes) and groin (Osman) respectively, but Osman is likely to feature in the squad of 18 for the game.
Lee Carsley is back for the game after suspension kept him out of the Sunderland game and is expected to slow straight back into the starting eleven, which mean’s Tony Hibbert is likely to be dropped and Phil Neville will be restored back to his best position of full back.
Everton go into this game trailing 2 goals and with a SOLD OUT Goodison Park and 40,000 angry Evertonians wanting blood, it is going to be a very interesting game.

Moyes is certain to keep with the 4-4-2 formation; Andy Johnson who scored the winning goal on Sunday will partner Yakubu again, but expect young impact star Victor Anichebe to come on at some point as Everton look to score 3 goals at least to progress.
