Just back to ireland after the match. Was my first everton game and i was just hoping that the atmosphere at goodison is usually a bit better than that, i mean the chelsea fans drowned us out for the whole match. Surely the fans must accept some responsibility, i mean the biggest noise from the home fans was screaming at neville and aj when they f**ked up(completely justified in all fairness). I just really hope the goodison crowd isn't like that every time things aren't going are way cause we have a part to play too!

That said i loved every minute of it and wish i could be part of it every week

the Chelsea fans got free tickets and free transport payed for by the club, otherwise i doubt there would be many at the game.

when we have no momentum and keep giving the ball away, the fans have nothing to shout about. when we did get going Essien lies on the floor for 10 mins and all momentum and atmosphere goes. Chelsea do this almost every game i have watched them. why did Essien stay on when chelsea took of SWP??? shurly if he was realy exhausted....
