Dr Zhivago was played by Omar (Yo Mar...) Sharif an Egyptian actor (that was who was in the picture).

Spoils it (an admittedly crap joke to begin with) when you have to explain these things - I expected better from you lid.

So I didn't have time to post my thoughts on the match because I got home at midnight and was up for a new job at 6. Been out working 8-7 every day since.

Thought the atmosphere was a little flat, although I obviously don't get down to as much games as I'd like so that might be the norm.
There was a man a few seats next to us with a heavy Scouse accent that kept shouting "what's the formation!"
You should have heard the anger at Barkley when he missed the penalty. Folks sitting around us were livid. Couldn't understand why Baines didn't take it.
The missus knows nothing about football and sat quietly the whole match. Her favourite players are Howard (cause he has a beard) and Naismith (cause he's Scottish). Even she thought "that guy with the blonde hair (Kone) isn't very good."

Couldn't understand the game plan in the second half. It might have looked differently on TV but we looked so slow and tired.
1-0 up against 10 men and we looked like we'd take a draw...

Lennon impressed again and I'd sign him up in the Summer, although after watching Barry play his heart out for a contract and then fizzle out I retain some cynicism.

The view from the top balcony was outstanding. Only a little bit of 1 goal was obstructed.

Enjoyed myself thoroughly. I wish I could travel down for more home games.
