Report
The first half was a very even game with the Black Cats playing the better football, we created chances but failed to finnish. Our goal came about with a run from Adam Thomas who ran into the oppositions half and was brought down to earn a free kick which was taken by Tom Donegan, the ball was cleared and came back out to Johann Hammer who hit a volley into the net. We went in at the break with a 1-0 lead.
The second half we seemed to be asleep and started poorly and only through conceding a sloppy equaliser it seemed to bring us out of our shell. Thomas made several threatening runs and applied ammunition for Forrester and Hope who failed to convert the chances. Everton were probably unfortunate not to take the points but have made hard work of the run in with 3 games left to play and must win the remainder. Man of the match for the young Toffees today were 3 contenders being Adam Thomas,Tom Molieux and Tom Donegan who worked hard in midfield but the award goes to Tom Donegan. I will keep you posted as always on events with the academy

As i've said before he looks a very good prospect and he returns to Lisbon when the season is over and we will have to wait and see if Everton and Sporting can arrange a deal that's if we decide we want to keep him
How is Dier coming along Bally?
