It's a good idea. Definitely something that they'd do on the continent. I remember reading an article about six months ago saying that the only way that clubs would be able to get enough training time in with kids to develop their technique to the standards of countries like Spain and France would be to go down this route.

Vibrantly hoping Villa do something like this. There is absolutely no standout academy in the UK. Nth our clubs have good academies compared to other clubs. But the country is in need of a De Toekomst or La Masia. The FFP rules will renew hope of this happening throughout the country as Youth Dev is only way apart from Stadia that large benefactors will be able to help.

Good Luck if this comes to fruition. Country certainly needs it.

Man. I wouldve loved school if it was an Everton school.

Wouldve sliced everyday if it was City or Spurs though.
