More than 130 years after Everton's humble birth as a church team, Steve Johnson has painstakingly trawled through the club's archives to provide for the first time details of every game, line up, goalscorer, attendance and result, as well a plethora of other facts and figures. This officially endorsed record of one of English football's great names includes season-by-season accounts of every campaign since the onset of league football, more than 100 player profiles and foreword by the Club's midfield talisman, Mikel Arteta. This is the must-have book for every Evertonian

I've not read it yet, but fair play to Steve Johnson - superb effort.

Whoever picks it up first, please report back with your opinions!

This book full of stats will be like a jazz mag for someone like Toffeedan, he just loves those numbers.

who will be the first to point out the omission of a friendly that a relative went to on holiday and got them a prog, to then be told sorry it wasn't an official 1st team game.

I put forward Hamrun Spartans away in about 1982
