Did jack cork come through at saints too, also matt taggert n ward prowse
Ward-Prowse did I'm sure. forgot about him. Got a feeling Jack Cork was with Chelsea. No idea about Targett but I would imagine so as he's only just come into the first team and he's still young.

Wayne Bridge did come through at Southampton but I wasn't including him as I don't think he's still playing, well not football anyway. I mentioned Alan Shearer as he's one of the best players of the premier era.

Have to say, always annoys me when people say a player is crap. No players at this level are crap.

You should see how hard it is to get through these academies.

Mark Pembridge was proper crap though mate. I reckon if you called him now he would even admit that whilst laughing his head off as he's in his hot tub outside his nice 9 bedroomed house.

Wrong, no poor players at this level. He was good for sheff wed too.

Following on from @davek "best "celtic" everton side of all time" thread, i thought i would produce an everton side made up entirely of acadamy graduates, playing at the moment

1. Adam Davies (Now at Barnsley, never played for us but pretty slim pickings)
2. Eric Dier
3. Leighton Baines (He counts as he was here and then he left)
4. Jack Rodwell
5. Shane Duffy
6.Shkodron Mustafi
7. Adam Forshaw
8. Ross Barkley
9. Victor Anichebe
10. Wayne Rooney
11. Euanan O'Kane (Leeds)

Thats not a bad team, bit lacking in wingers but i wonder if any other prem sides would have better, and if all prem sides worked on this basis who would have the best side and win the league
Decent side. I'd have Hibbo at RB, Jags at CB and Frank Jeffers up front instead of Vic.
