Everton has signed Russia midfielder Diniyar Bilyaletdinov from Lokomotiv Moscow for an undisclosed fee. The Premier League team says Bilyaletdinov has signed a five-year contract and will complete the transfer once he secures a visa to play in Britain. The transfer is Everton's first since it agreed to sell defender Joleon Lescott to Manchester City.
