Gylface Bjorkersson was signed and we have all seen him whip in excellent excellent service both for Swansea and Iceland. Heck I even remember his dead balls being ace at Reading absolutely beards ago.

It's not just him of course.

Ross Barkley. Born with it.

Leighton Baines tried to fight it off but his age has seen late onset ESPD.

Mikel Arteta thought he'd been immunised against it in Spain but that soon wore out.

There's many many more who have been and still seem to be affected bu this cruel and painful disease.

ESPD - Donate now to help this serious serious problem.

Why are we crap at set pieces though? I mean the lack of actual striker is obvious but we've been crap at them for many a year now.

SigFace is good at them. He is. But not in an Everton shirt. Yet.

Why?

Even Tom Davies tried his hand at corners today. That was with Rooney, Sigi and Baines all on the pitch.

Prolly some mental block or somethin

Ye ma's gone to Iceland. Deep.

Just looked up the stats so I could say "actually set pieces are notoriously poor for goal creation and our record is roughly average"

Well under Moyes we were average/good at set pieces. Since he left we've been woeful at attacking set pieces - like 15th in the league.
