Everton players not speaking English

Language can obviously be an issue when bringing in players from overseas.

Most people, even Brits, can learn enough basics to be able to function at training, in the dressing room and in daily life within a few months given the level of support & teaching available to PL players. They don't need to be fluent just able to cope.

There is always a risk though and this is one of the factors that gets considered looking at overseas players. Are they willing and able to learn?!

Just wandering if any of our current squad don't speak English? Or have a poor level of English? Also will this be a issue when signing players?

The only one I can think of is Tarashaj. He might speak it fluent but if he doesn't then maybe this is why we are not seeing more of him. I haven't seen an interview with him however am sure someone can fill me in.

Surely this is an important part of playing in this country so if he doesn't then maybe that's the reason. Being from Europe he probably has some understanding of the language.
