Everton on verge of signing Alvaro Negredo

Manchester City have told Alvaro Negredo he is free to talk to Everton football club following the players unrest at the Etihad.

It is believed Roberto Martinez has already been in contact with the Manchester club regarding the possibility of a loan for one of their players when the option to talk to Negredo was laid on the table.

It is thought the 28 year old Spaniard would be happy to discuss terms with Martinez.
