I recently paid a visit to both club shops and found that both shops to a have poor selection available to men women and children clothing range that isn't Castore. The shops just seem to have the jerseys or training wear, is it just me but does the club need a revap on the merchandising not just the clothing but everything. Another example of poor merchandising the other lot have 2 shops in the city centre. Does the fans forum group not ask fans what they would like to buy or see in those shops.

Just 1 in a long list showing how badly this club has been run for a long time

We can`t keep the one shop we have in town well stocked with a variety of stuff for people to buy. It gets worse coming to the end of the season when our club shop has very little in it, and they seem to have very little selection as they head into the summer. The other lot have it down to a tee. They have a steady flow of people going into their stores all year round, match days, non match days, off season days and even as much when we`re playing at home. Part is because they have been into the merchandising for decades, while we we operating from a small room under the main stand until 95 when the new shop opened at the ground. The people running the merchandising shouldn`t have to ask the fans what they would like to buy, they should be coming up with ideas themselves or at least sticking their heads into the other lot`s shop, as they seem to be doing something right in that area.

The merchandise selection is beyond garbage, just like most things connected to this club.

The sooner the friedkin group take over and clear out the people currently in the club the better.
