It’s got to be one against them, I’m going for the 1-0 Gosling game, it wasn’t much of a game but the ending was brilliant, they put a line of bizzies down one section of the Upper Bullens Road stand to separate us from the ugly Reds, one of the bizzies was grinning, I said to him “ Take that smile off your face” he replied “ I’m fecking loving it” he was one of us.

I remember the Southampton thumping through watching final score or whatever it used to be called on the bbc, couldn’t wait to watch match of the day that night. About 23/24 years ago maybe?
