Got the Brooks/Cristal shirt when we played them a few years back

The Mrs and I went to Santiago for a four-day weekend last year, including a day trip to VdM and Valparaiso. While we stopped for lunch, she ate with a fellow native of Portland, Oregon while I scarfed my pisco sour and food down and ran around Vina de Mar looking for anything Everton.

Nothing. Nada.

But I got my pic taken in the EFC kit in front of a house painted up to honor Everton de Vina del Mar.

I bought their home shirt from the club offices when I was there for Copa America last June. Proudly had my Everton flag up on the front fence during Argentina v Jamaica there.

Great city and a cracking ground with a superb view from the out hill as you head in or out. Tje incredible sunsets they get down there just add to the scene.

Have kept my eye on their fortunes ever since. Vamos Ruleteros!
