I hope you don't mind me coming on your forum . I have always have had a soft spot for the Toffees and feel sorry for you for the dross that you have had to put up with, especially this season. Yesterday , many Everton fans gave up their tickets so Leicester fans could be at the party. Some even drove to Leicester and gave their tickets away . Whoever you are, credit to you.
Some people have asked "How have Leicester done it?" There isn't a simple answer. Part of it is the unity of the players and the fans. The club allows the fans to be involved through their charity, The Foxes Foundation. Part of it is the atmosphere at the ground. You may have noticed the cardboard clappers we use. While it is a bit cheesy, they do get the whole ground involved in singing, not just small pockets of fans. They cost £10,000 a game and are worth every penny. Another very significant thing is the sports science department who are dedicated to reducing injuries and improving performance . No detail is unimportant and everything is geared towards improving performance by 1%
Here is what I would recommend for your club. One easy fix. Replace Martinez with Nigel Pearson. He would be fantastic for you. He is a winner and knows what it takes to win championships.
