Anyone know if this is anything more than a hand picked group of sycophantic apologists simply playing their part in a PR excercise?

Can anyone think of any hard hitting questions that might've been asked. For instance:-

The real fans want to know what the actual meat content is in the meat and potato pies...none of this investment rubbish...

I've asked nicely once before to swerve that apologist word Jimbo, it's not welcome on here.

Agreed on the pie question like, it needs to be asked.

Campaigning for a more inclusive and representative version very hard. The club say no question is off limits. They say anyone can apply and they will be expanding it. Likely to be looking for new people soon.

I would like to be a transcript of that meeting if "no question is off limits". Would be interesting reading.

The fans forum itself mate? The club say they will be publishing them, what seems more like the case is Sharpy is doing a blog on it.

Okey dokey, I hear ya.

But why do you find the word so offensive?

a·pol·o·gist/əˈpäləjist/
Noun: A person who offers an argument in defense of something controversial.

It's simply a word that describes someone with the opposite point of view so we're all apologists in terms of our own views if they don't represent the status quo (or Rolling Stones for that matter).

But hey, if it pisses on peoples chips, I'll refrain from using it even though it makes me feel intellectually superior ;o))
