please stop askin for cahill n donovan back on loan...were going forwards not backwards...great performance tonite however it means nothing if we lose our nxt 3...we need to carry it on... jags was immense tonite his postional play left vidic watching in awe..but felli wow wat a game i just hope we dont sell him we need to build a team around him... but the futures looks good id say top 6 right now

I dont think you can compare tonight with Cahill. fella is a million times the player that tim ever was. Sure, he scored more than his fare share of goals and got into the opposition but the rest of his game was nowhere near Fellaini's.

cahill was great workrate, a bit of snide and great headers appearing from nowhere. Fellaini has a touch of a top player. He chests balls other players have to head but he keeps the ball so close to his body. Classy.

Heitinga, Ossie and Naismith will be pushing hard for game time and Coleman, Barkley, Vellios, Gueye, Junior and Anichebe could stake a claim if they can produce dynamic cameos from the bench. Another couple of players in before the end of the month and we'll be in good shape. Donovan in January to cover for Pienaar's leave at the ACON would be the cherry on the icing on the cake.

this was the first time in ages i saw the bench and thought it was alright. Even vic can do a job in the right circs. Another one or two players in wouldn't go amiss but we are looking in decent shape. I felt sorry for Heits when i saw the starting 11 but distin and jags were pretty good.

Hopefully this is the final nail in the coffin for Fellaini at Defensive Mid. I can think of no other player in the League that when at his best is a better option for Attacking Mid than Maro. I have said it before, when they try to get tight to him they are nullified because he is so capable in the air, and when they stand off him and try to cut down his options, he is so good on the deck and is prepared to carry the ball and commit opponents that the panic and the errors he inspires in said opponents makes us very dangerous and works defenders out of position.

The one touch footy we put on last night, in their half, on the edge of their box, was just fantastic to see. We had them running in circles and looking to one another to see what to do. That was the first time in a long time I have seen Man United so directionless.
Neville gets a shout as well, he was everywhere in the first half where we needed him, anticipating lost balls, making thunderous tackles, closing them down before they had even got started, you could see how much he wanted it last night. That opening 20-25 minutes, Phillip Carsley Neville was leading by example.
