Bought a £20 shirt on sale and paid £7 for 3-7 day shipping to the US, then receive an email telling me to wait at least 17 days before contacting customer service about the delivery.

Thought this would be the appropriate place to express my frustration/sheer amazement at this incompetency. I don't mind paying £7 for 21-day shipping, if that's what it's going to be, but don't tell me it's "3-7 days" and then send me an email telling me to expect 17 days for arrival. I might as well expect the package to contain a Fulham shirt as arrive on time.

This is exactly what happened to me mate. I was told 10 business days and it never arrived. I waited 23 business days and it still didn't arrive. I called and was told that i could either cancel the order and get a refund or place another order. I just simply cancelled.......

I got a refund and then my shirt arrived days later. So i got a free home shirt basically.

What kind of company sends shipments abroad and doesn't track their orders ?

' Can you check the tracking number please and tell me where my shirt is '

' We can't track the order, there is no tracking number '

' Excuse me, you don't track your orders, did i hear you right '

' Yes sir, we don't know where your shirt it '

' okayyyyyy '

Wonder if they would of tracked my shipment had i ordered 10 shirts ?

£7 postage to the US is pretty reasonable. I bought a heritage polo for £12.50 and the postage was a fiver.

Only took a couple of days though.

I got the heritage hoodie in November when the shipping was free. Not arsed about the long delivery wait, given that no specific time was suggested. Came in under 30 days, I think.

To be fair, I only ordered this new shirt 8 days ago, and it took 1 or 2 days to dispatch and there's at least one more non-delivery day in that span. It could be delivered this week. I am arsed about the email telling me to wait at least 17 days before contacting customer service looking for my 3-7 day shipment, which is of course untrackable.
