For persistent standing in previous seasons, according to redsaway.com:
Basically their allocation at Everton will be cut from 2800 to 2600. This is actually bad news for Everton, as that's 200 less seats sold, at £40 a go, meaning a reduction of possible gate receipts by £8000.
United will face reductions at every future league and cup game at Liverpool and Everton, Reds Away can reveal.
A report due to be rubber stambed by councillors on July 23 reveals safety bosses want to stop fans standing in the gangways at both Anfield and Goodison Park.
This means that, for all future games at these grounds, United will get fewer tickets than competition rules state they should get unless the committee changes its mind.
The committee will vote on four seperate motions.
1. When United play league games at Everton, seats can not be sold in the two columns of each block nearest an aisle in the Bullens Road End upper tier.
2. When United play cup games at Everton, the same as 1 applies.
3. When United play league games at Liverpool either seats cannot be sold in the two columns of each block nearest an aisle (this is 240 seats) or seats cannot be sold in the top two rows of the Anfield Road End lower tier (this is 180 seats).
4. When United play cup games at Liverpool, the same as 3 applies.
Reds Away is seeking clarification on what this means in terms of numbers for the forthcoming league games at Everton and Liverpool.
