I'm fairly sure us Evertonians have said something about dodgy decisions by refs in the past, and there was an investigation about Segars, but like most illegal activity in football, it tends to get dealt with.

We are Everton - we wouldn't have got away with it - Tony Kay, heisel, Clive Thomas, Collina.... etc the list goes on. We always get it both barrels regardless of our innocence. The media ( 99% of which depise us) - would have used any scrap of evidence of dodgyness to finish us once and for all.
And you can't take poor old Barry Horne's wonder strike away from him - how could that be fixed?

Horne scored a wonder goal twice as good as what he did that day for Southampton in the last minute of a cup tie some years ago, early 1990's, there was a damn pitch invasion and took about ten minutes to clear the pitch, this was at the old dell, I think it was the season Cottee missed a penalty at Chelsea when they put us out, not sure of the year.

I can't think of any other occasion, there must be one somewhere, apart from that wimbledon game when we overturned a 2-0 defecit, as soon as I saw the thread, I thought 'trebilcock,Temple '66,' but maybe that's going a bit too far back.
