One of my favourite books if you can get hold of a copy is What's Our Name? Everton! by Mark O'Brien, i would also recommend My Father and Other Working-Class Football Heroes by Gary Imlach and The Smell Of Football by Mick 'Baz' Rathbone

Best Everton book for me is The School of Science by James Corbett. The best history of the club you could find, and written with real passion by a true Evertonian.

I'd also recommend Dixie Dean by John Keith if you can get your hands on a copy. So much I didn't know about the fella before I read this, he was an absolute superhero.
