With Australia playing Holland next month and the announcement this week that both will field full squads (3 Everton Players) we thought it would be a great idea for an ESCA day out which would end with us all going to the game.
Emailed marketing at Football Australia, all read as requested receipt but no response so eventually got put through to the guy who looks after the ticketing side of things - requested 150-200 tickets asking that we could be together and asked for pricing and the possibility of maybe catching up with the players.
No response from FFA on meeting players and told that all tickets including children will have to go on category A pricing despite concessions etc being availble on an online ticket website basically it was F*** off and if you all want to be together you're all paying top $$$, I couldn't believe it an absolute arsehole
FFA have basically told us to go away and they're not interested yet last week when Fowler was in town it was PR overdrive!
Cahill has been involved in ESCA events before and has always been first class so what a shame the idiots at FFA are denying us the opportunity of catching up with him again aswell as the Australian captain.
We'll obviously try other avenues but this is a disgrace and I would ask the question would this happen if it was the Red [Poor language removed] or Man Utd?
