Probably the only bright side to today is that Lyon and Atalanta drew. As poor as we've been, if we somehow beat Lyon in the next game we'll be in the top two at the halfway stage.

1985 aside, we have always been crap in Europe.

The atmosphere at Goodison tonight was even more counterproductive than usual. We are like the 12th man... ....for the opposition.
