I'll start to get excited if we're in the top 3 at Christmas, even then deep down I'll know we'll still finish 7th.

A New CEO
I was hoping for someone of the Calibre of Dein or Gill but it’s DBB so see how it goes. Box ticked
A new CEO whose sole responsibility is BMD on time and budget.
Is Harris the right man ? Box ticked
A new Commercial manager to obtain new revenue streams and improve old ones Box ticked
A new DOF. BOX ticked.
A new manager Box still to be ticked

So far Mosh has done all I hoped.
Will they be the right choices only time will tell
