Ordinarily I'd be rooting for Dnipro. I hate seeing one team win a trophy multiple times. The joy should be spread around a bit with that trophy. But having seen their supporters with their neo-nazi banners I hope they get a pasting.

Yea the fact they won't be in it next year actually makes it a lot more winnable. Shame we won't be either.

My gripe with this competition is that a team who got through to the final could only meet a select number of teams on their route to the final, due to the ban on playing Russian teams. If these teams cannot guarantee the safety of fans of any team in their stadiums then they should not be in an international competition.

On another note, Dynamo Kiev had to close a section of their stadium against Everton because of the fighting with Guingamp, then proceed to racially abuse our black players. Great advert for the competition...

I agree completely. War zones included in a football competition. Ridiculous. Also, the Dynamo game should have been completely behind closed doors. UEFA and their 'zero tolerance' BS.
