Was it any good? There seems to be a lot of nostalgia about it recently.

Sure, it had 'Football's coming home ' and an England team that was about a 7/10 instead of its usual 5/10 at tournaments, but looking back at old games this week on BT Sports and the games of other nations seemed to be poorly attended.

The mid 90's was a great time in general, the good feeling just carried on into the Euro's.
