It's gonna be about American football this time, the film will be about 5 hours long and keep stopping so Fox can play a few ads. None of the Europeans will understand the rules so the game will be called off, no one will escape and the Germans will win the war.

Dear Hollywood, stop remaking stuff and write an original story that isn't awful. Thanks.

can't remake this film it's a classic and iconic for the stars that were in it. There is no Pele or Ossie Ardiles types anymore and Caine n Stallone are irreplaceable.

Great film, loved it as a kid but there are a few glaring errors, like Pele's character (a black man if you hadn't noticed), the Polish lads they recruit are starving from being held in work camps for years, yet Pele is just strolling round the prison camp with the RAF boys having a jolly good time. Also all the eighties clothes being worn by the crowd in the pitch invasion:) still a film I love to watch though.
