Kurt.

Player Valuation: £100m
Anybody know anything about this ? Is it difficult to do ? Is it a lengthy process or can it be done fairly simply ? Been considering freeing up some of the equity in my house and trying to find out as much as I can before chatting to the building society as I’m sure they’ll try loads of tricks to tie me up to stupid agreements.

1. I don’t know how much for the pair
2. I’m not sure sawdust would help
3. Switching it on and off isn’t an option
4. It has nothing to do with yer mar

Pretty sure you need to be 55 for a start.

And if you are, its legalised robbery. In most cases.

Genuinely better to sell your house and live with @tommye

Well there you go...... that shows the knowledge I had about that .

Close thread lol

I might be wrong, age wise, but having passed that mile stone earlier this year, versus the mountain of leaflets that I get in the post re equity release, I think perhaps not.

Too good to be true, means it too good to be true.
Probably small print about you keeping the house in tip top condition and them having 25% of everything and liable for nothing.
Sell up,rent somewhere, the same or nicer.

Equity release? Is that something to do with letting go of the sheep?
