EPL Players that hardly play... transfers?

Iv gone to the task of going through each EPL team with players that hardly get a sniff, have a look below for any that could potentially be a draw for us. I will filter out long-term injuries etc like Ox Chamberlain and ****e teams that dont play most of their fringe players like Crystal Palace etc.

...I think there's a difference between 'hardly play' and 'surplus to requirements'. Lots of the folk on these lists will be considered first line replacements if injuries occur.

Only ones I can see us going for on that list are Lescott, Defoe, and De Bruyne (on loan).

Some such as Lamela and Capoue have just joined so won't move (I actually think Capoue's been injured), some don't play because they're kids and some are on mad wages. Oh and some are gash. Can't see us wanting the likes of Riise, Myachi, Boateng or Dejagah.

Dzeko or Hernandez would be nice, like. Obviously no chance but still, let me dream.
