English league proposes 5 tier system

How do we get this idea out??

I sent a similar idea to the football league about 10 years ago. I actually got a response saying they would consider these proposals in their next meeting or something. But I can't remember what address that was, it might have even been the FA. But that was at a time when the Championship was fairly healthy and the football league was not proposing any changes. This time they are and I don't think clubs will be happy to play less games because that means less money. However moving most of the football clubs "up" one tier would certainly improve their income while at the same time playing less games.

Anyway, I sent the an email of this idea to the football league yesterday, but in more detail. I asked it if could be forwarded to the chief executive. I'll see if I get a reply.

Surely the chief executive is not a hard man to get hold of?
The toughest ask will be selling it to the Championship clubs. With no seeding, you're effectively asking them to halve their chances of making the prem. I think if it was a bit weighted to ensure the present Championship clubs were split evenly across the two divisions then they might be more interested. But with no seeding there's a risk of all the L1 sides being in one division, giving them a direct route into the prem.

Ultimately though, over 5-10 years, the standard currently existing in the Championship would become the standard of both the Championship divisions, and thus making a fairer competition.

At the very beginning of the new season and format, maybe there wouldn’t be a draw. And they’d organize the leagues with clubs finishing 6th, 8th, 10th being put into Championship A, and 7th, 9th, 11th being put into CB.

However, the next season. Teams finishing in the top 10 would be seeded teams. This would obviously mean that 3 relegated Premier League teams would be seeded along with the top 17 Championship teams that didn’t gain promotion. This would make it not only fair, but also something to play for, for mid-table teams.
