All awful.
 
Delli Ali, Hart's 2 mistakes get highlighted but him losing the ball more than any other player in the whole tournament, a complete inability to even run and just all round nothingness for the whole tournamnet was shocking.

I'm still waiting for the usual anti-Everton brigade to chime in with "They may not have played, but they were taking a place in the team that could have gone to someone else who could have come on and made a difference. Boo Everton, it's all your fault"

This would of course ignore the fact that we were short on CB's and Barkley has played well for England over the past couple of years
 
Barkley probably did well in training and gave Hogslipsson a selection dilemma so he solved it by not playing him.
